This is a new project where two large town houses will be built in the residential part of Santa Catalina. The location is perfect for those who want to live close to the market in Santa Catalina (5 minutes walk) and the new Palma Tennis Club (4 minutes walk). Since it is a new building project, our clients have the the opportunity to influence the interior and design.

A well known builder with experience in Santa Catalina is behind the design of these beautiful houses. The idea is to combine the Mallorcan architecture with modern living standards. Therefore the houses will have traditional Santa Catalina style from the outside whereas inside floor plans meet our clients' expectations.
